Mr. Lee is a beauty and personal care expert with over 30+ years of experience at Procter & Gamble and LG in South Korea, and was CEO of Able C&C. Following his corporate career, he joined the Korea Cosmetic Association as Chair of Export Committee, contributing to the global growth of K-beauty. Presently, Mr. Lee presides over the Gyeonggi Cosmetic Committee. He is a graduate of Cornell University, Graduate School of Management (Johnson School).

Founded in 1984, CAFFCI is a nationwide, industrial, non-profit association, serving as a vital link between the government and industry stakeholders. He is also the co-founder of the Edelman Longevity lab and the CEO of VOICE Italia Social Enterprise. He holds a decade of experience in research on supporting older adults’ autonomy and independence, leading a global team to develop Human Activity Recognition techniques dedicated to older adults based on AI applied to IoT data.

With expertise in biophysics, biology, and fields like epigenetics, longevity, and sirtuins, Dr. Pernodet has published over 80 scientific works and been co-inventor on 33 patent families with over 200 granted patents worldwide. She also serves as Adjunct Professor for the Chemical Engineering program at SUNY Stony Brook and holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Louis Pasteur University.

Dr. Zheng plays a crucial role in advancing L’Oreal’s commitment to groundbreaking discoveries, technology inventions, sustainable, and cutting-edge product offering. With over 15 years of experience, she holds over 20 patents and has over 30 research publications. Dr. Zheng received her MD from Peking University Health Sciences Center with a focus on dermatology and dermatopathology and holds a Ph.D. in neuroscience and furthered her postdoctoral fellowship in skin development and pathology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
